- The artwork is damaged upon arrival.
- The artwork does not meet the expected quality standards.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
- Commissioned or custom-made artwork cannot be refunded unless it arrives damaged or significantly differs from the agreed-upon specifications.
3. Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@tgacollective.com within the specified timeframe.
- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photographs.
- Our team will review your request and determine if you are eligible for a refund.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the artwork. Please ensure that the artwork is securely packaged for return shipping.
- Once we receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the artwork arrived damaged or was significantly misrepresented.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments:
- If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
- We may require evidence such as photographs of the damaged packaging and artwork to process a refund or replacement.
6. Additional Notes:
- Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned artwork is not in its original condition or if it has been damaged by the customer.
